Sub 3 secs 0-60
175 mph
Seems a little far fetched to me.....
Comments anyone...
Possible sub 3 secs...with the 5litre V8 and the right gearing...but unlikely.
With the right gearing for 0-60<3sec you wouldnt get 175mph...i doubt! Would take off at 175mph with those front wings (thats literally what they
would be, or they would break off...)
Dont much like the bodywork styling either...something to do with the california crash regs? Or something unique? Dont like it whatever way..

seems like a slight exaggeration to me, but not too much. 355bhp and big tyres should do well for acceleration, but 1800lbs (850kgs?) is quite heavy.
big engine i suppose.
175mph is the hardest to believe, both in terms of gearing and aerodynamics.
"and super handling in an American made 1800 lb. package."
Bullshit. Looks like anamerican piece of crap. 175mph....No chance
Yeah Right
And my 1.6 escort does 185
A "few" weekends of work !!!!!!!!!!
Even with a big US V8 I would like to see the sub 3 second to 60 run.
Would also quastion the handling with that much weight up front, 1800lbs, jesus H. thats around 900 kgs !. Mine weighed in at 540kgs and I thought
that was heavy for a 7 type car.
Probably no whare near claims, but in states it probably seams like that to them compared to all the other cars they have.
There is a street drag Dutton out there with a small block Chevy, supercharger and 2 speed (fast and faster ...) autobox which can do 3 second
60's and 1/4 times in about 9 on road tyres. Street legal (only by back handing the MOT man I'm sure!!!!!)
Can be done. Corner devils need not apply though!!
I find the 1800lbs to be a dream though. The 5.0 is like 500lbs and that jaguar suspension is kinda heavy, then add Boyd rims!
I'm sure they are quick but under 3 secs is unlikley. Also, I think they missed the point of a 7. Quick and nimble, not quick and scary in
corners!
who cares , flak monkeys sig is all you should worry about .
Up the Irons !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Looks abit of a dog to me. If it did do 175 mph, I wouldn't fancy being in it.
The Yanks really haven't got a clue when it comes to building nice small sports cars have they.

Uuuurrrggh!!
What happened to the nosecone!? I mean i know they had to extend the chassis up several inches to get that motor in, but...uuuurrrrghh!!
And is it me but does the front wishbone geometry look a bit odd - like diverging instead of converging? Like they thought "that bracket can go
there, and that bracket can go there. Yeah haa!!".
Oh well, probably makes a nice noise and lots of smoke.

Definatly not one of the prettier ones imho. Just looks heavy . A good shaped hood scoop would have lowered that front by several inches and
smoothed it out but 1800lbs is getting up there- even by my build standards-- my engine only weighs about 50lbs less but I am aiming in the 1550
range---and mines heavy.
