Hi folks, pulling my hair out here trying to work out how to get the rev counter working properly.
Its running a 2.0l pinto with a MK1 Escort 6 clock dash, which has been converted to lumenition electronic ignition, from what i have read i need to
take a wire from live ign through the rev counter loop sensor then to the + on the coil.
Done that but all i get is the needle jumping slightly when you touch the wire to the ignition, if you keep it wired up then there is no movement.
Is that correct and a faulty rev counter or is it just not going to work?
