Can anyone ID (attached pic) or know what the hose end fittings are for the slave cylinder on CBR1000FJ?

The hose OD is .25"

Connectors and thread aren't my strong point - along with just about everything else!

All I know is it’s a finer thread to the later FP

I've tried a 1/8 BSP tap and that’s too coarse (might be the FP - but didn't have that to hand to try?)

Need a longer hose making up.

Is that the original hose from the bike?

I ditched mine and got a 10mm banjo - 10mm banjo hose made up at my local bike shop.

Suits my application since I used a bike brake master cylinder on the other end.

Could you do this aswell? Hope that might help you, sorry if Ive missed the point!

Ive no idea if its the original hose - didn't do the "original" build

Upgrading engine from FJ to newer FP.

Only have the hose for the FJ.

This wouldn't fit the FP slave cylinder. So swapped over the connectors (took banjo off the FJ and fitted to the newer FP cylinder)

Then discovered the hose is too short, unless I want it resting on the prop shaft

Is there such thing as fine 10mm brake fittings?

Been trawling the net, not found owt yet.
