Did you mount the gear stick with any bearings of any sort? Or just a bolt through with some spacer washers?

looks rosejointed to me. But to get ten new would cost a lot more than he said, so he must've had some already! Cant think where you would get second hand joints besides ebay?

ah, you mean the actual lever. I got shafted when my bolts siezed up, so my new one uses bearings throughout.
