Good PPC feature, nice looking car. I think I've seen it a couple of times, Elvington and Cadwell?? when it was white.. Triumph engine sounds gorgeous, very Metro 6r4..ish.

Very nice mate, will have to keep a lookout for you, be nice to have a closer look.

Lovely

the only thing that spoils it are those horrible hammer on wheel weights on the front wheels.

Looks fantastic but bet the photographer wishes he could have built a car like that!!
Cheers, Pewe.

So how do you go about taking a photo like that? I mean I could crouch down from that angle and click, but it wouldn't look like that.

I must admit to not having seeing your car on here to date and having a quick look through your photo archive i can see that its a cracking job you have done on it.

How did you start the project ? did you buy an old 500 and remove the body, is it a fully scratch built project.

I am interested in knowing more about it if you can spare the time?
Regards

Nice article, well presented car and good engine choice. Was thinking about doing it with a real Fiat 500 after watching Mike and Edd (well Edd really) restore one on wheeler Dealers.

I wondered about the chain driven diff though. I would have turned the engine sideways and bolted the output straight to the diff flange. Easier for exhaust as well... just my opinion of course
