zx10 clutch arm (gear problem)

realy strugling to get into first gear on my driveway,(cars first movements)
i had the clutch fork/arm out once to modify it and was never convinced it went back in fully seated.
heres a pic,it seems to be about 4mm short of going right back down.

I am afraid I can't help you. However, there has been a thread in the Mac#1 section about ZX10 clutch arm issues....

^That one was a ZX9 engine but they look the same set up in the picture. I've just measured my ZX9 clutch arm and its around 7mm from the clutch case to the bottom of the arm (minus the little spring thing).
You can tell if its in properly as you won't be able to turn it any further than it is in the picture by hand because of the resistance of the clutch springs.
Another reason that you might not be able to get 1st gear and a common problem on mine is that the clutch plates stick together. First gear does get engaged but there's no drive in the engine.
