yeah not a problem, as I said I am going to be around falkirk till Monday, out saturday night but free apart from that. If that is no use then I come back on the 29th of January for two weeks and have nothing planned.
bit busy tommorrow i'll be in touch in feb give you time to recover from the hangover..
many thanks and well done
Well done Stu...
Cheers
Stu,
Book me in for a ride. Did you change the wheel arches or just cobble the old ones back on?
Mark
Cobble is perhaps a slightly harsh word mark, but yeay I Bodged them on with some gaffer tape and sticky back plastic, I was just desperate to get it
finished, still passed the mot and have not fallen off in the 70miles or so that I have done.
If you are off the weekend of the 31st give me a call.
Cheers for now
Stuart
i live in aberdeen
if i can get through to falkirk sometime i would love to go for a spin
Stu,
It would have to be Sunday - let's hope the rain stops for a while. (It's my daughter's birthday on Saturday).
I could do with some 4 wheeled motivation. If I don't get my chassis rolling by the end of February I might be tempted to give up! ;-(
I'll give you a call.
Mark
Sunday is good for me, I have just fitted the new carbs so I am hoping to take it for a spin this afternoon if the weather gets a bit better. Give me a call about lunch time tomorrow.
Stu,
left a message on your mobile. Hopefully see you this afternoon.
Mark
Cheers Stu. It was fun.
Suprised to find out you hadn't heard of an Austin Maxi ... pic at the following link.
Maxi Photo
What a blue beauty! Were you suggesting Stu trades in the Locost for that chunk of pure sporting machinery in your link!
lol
When I was looking a Stu's car, I noticed that he was using Cortina Ball joints.
I mentioned I had bought Cortina ball joints but my wishbones were cut to fit maxi ball joints.
Young Stuart said he'd never heard of an Austin Maxi!
