as you can see in the picture there is a pipe cut on the right can anyone tell me is it for water ?. i am doing a tiger avon with a 2.0 pinto and i am
not useing a heater if this helps

It maybe for a servo but im sure they were screwed on and im also sure they only had one water pipe on them

it is conected to a Y join that is going to the breather pipe that gose to the engine block. i was going to just block it off...

I made a threaded plug and blanked mine off.
Its a weird BSP pipe thread. Same as air tools use, so you might be able to butcher an old airline fittment if you don't have a die the correct
size. HtH

Wossat on top of the carb?
Is it a new type of air filter or did you not clear up properly after an early 'christening' of the car?

It looks to me to be water not vacume as that should be off the engine side of the inlet manifold and IIRC the servo is from the blanked off point on
the far right of the manifold.
It also doesn't look like vacume hose.
