SVA friendly front suspension?

How have other Avon builders made their front suspension SVA friendly?

In particular the headlight mounting bars, and the suspension brackets.

Pictures most welcome!

Cheers

I cut back the headlamp brackets and had to turn a large washer with a radius on the edge under the Lolocst headlamps (as they ahd a sharp edge)
File all the leading edges of the suspension brackets also under the cortina upright by the top ball joint.

My inspector put the knee thingy in from the front in a straight line, so most edges are not touched by the sphere.

Cover the track rods with heat shrink tape.

File the edges off of the upper wishbone nut. I covered mine with tape and should have been a fail but he let me off as all other bits were radiused.

In short , file off al sharp edges Rescued attachment Tiger 024.jpg
