Sorry for asking question about the same wishbone but I try to do the best.instead of locating two plate seperately (as seen in picture) is it useful to lockate them to touch each other and weld them together?does it make the wishbone become more stronger or no need to do this?

Did you made the plate as an insert to the tubes? Or only welded "againts" the tube?
If so i would weld it up.

What you don't want is a loose balljoint.

it is just tag welded "againts" the tube not an insert.when i look at the tiger's original wishbones they made plates seperately so making plates attached will gain us strenght or it's just let us to gain weight.

In my opnion the extra weight isn't the problem

The extra strenght you gain is nice.
As tiger's orginal has the problem that the shock-absorber bracket is placed far from the ball-joint.

So i would definitly join the two plates.

Where is everybody??

IMHO you need to either have the support plate slotted into the tubes as TJ or above or below the tubes to gain cantilever strength. As you have it you will get stress cracking very quickly unless you welds are absolutely perfect (and even then you'll get stress cracking at the next weak point in the plate...
