Went out a few years ago for a pair of socks and came back with a 3 series BMW touring. Went out a couple of years ago and ended up sending her a
text to say that I had bought a 1949 MG TC in need of a full frame up restoration. Rather than complain, she's encouraging me on with the
restoration so that she can buy some period authentic clothes to go out in it.
Our partners aren't that bad, they put up with a lot because of our hobbys.
