Build Questions

I have three questions that maybe someone can kindly help with.
1/ The manual says that the rear brake flexis are fitted to the welded bracket, I cannot find one on my chassis?
2/ The manual says the steering rack is mounted on the support plates, what plates?
3/ The four bolts I took off the doner to mount the rear hub carrier to the upright seem very tight in the pre-threaded holes on the MK chassis, I don't want to put too much pressure on them and shear them off. Are they the same thread or do the holes just need cleaning, maybe powder coating in there, anyone else had this problem.
