Clutch actuation
Has anyone built an indy with a hydraulic clutch, any info or picson this subject would be welcome. I discovered yesterday that ours is a late engine
non cable operated.

in facti have moven it another 40mm closer to the engine! Sow cant be a big problem really...

I was refering to the pedal linkage, I don't expect it will be that bad to do. It's just harder with 12 students breathing down your neck,
ultimately it's their project but I have to spoonfeed them a little.

Pedal linkage is easy, you just need a clevis pin type attachment to allow for the swivel, then a bolt/ bit of threaded bar to the master cylinder.
Basically, just like the brake one.

Thanks, as I guessed. I haven't actually seen the master cylinder yet, MK have it, I am assumining that we will fit the bike m/cyl but seem to
recall them been a bit small!!!!

Many people fit the bike brake cylinder in place of the bike clutch one. I think this is done to allow a wider range of bore options to change the
pedal feel. A smaller bore gives a longer softer pedal, and a larger one a shorter pedal.

In the end I ended up changing engines and didn't use this set up, though it bench tested OK and felt good. If you are interested you can have
the master cylinder, mount and pushrod for £35

more elegant could be to use the rearbrake MC..
Also you see some people who just use the complete lever and attach a cable to that..
