When is the best time to put the engine in?

Okay, done the brakes complete, is this the best time to put the engine in or have i forgotten something that I didn't take notice off, by the way it's a zx9r engine.. Rescued attachment CIMG0860.JPG

Although I'm not at that stage yet, i'd put the engine in before I do any body work as I'll only dent it.

P.S. Your steering wheel is on the wrong side

i did all engine work first
but said i would do body panel and work first next time
!

so i would say its up to you

i noticed the dax rush thing too snoopy.

very observant aren't we.

i'd want the engine in provisionally, before loom, or the wires will be the wrong lengths, not that that matters to some people.

putting the hole in the side panel for the manifold would be a real tnuc if the side panel was bonded on first!

just think ten steps ahead, then you'll only kick yourself about a quarter of the times you would otherwise

Made it with dreamweaver and flash Mx, really simple.

Also I have another question, what can be best done with the connectors on the original bike loom that aren't going to be used?....
