Which part do you think this is? I don't have hi-res pictures at work so I can't yet see what is on the floor but I removed nothing from
the top of the steering cowl - thats just where the top screws in.
Maybe you think its the bonnet release catch? If so then there isn't one on there, because I too want somewhere for my choke cable

I'm not sure (I didn't build the car). However from what I understand (from reading these forums) removable wheels are okay provided the
boss etc keeps the collapsable part of the steering column in tact. But I'm not sure you'd want to SVA with a wheel like this -
it's so small that you'll have a very small excempt area for your dial radiuses etc.

I don't think that this wheel will be SVA compliant.
I don't thing you are allowed any holes in the spokes.
Experience is what you get when you don't get what you want!!!

yes
i need the plastic bit wich holds 2 copper points in.
They go in in the compartment showed on the the column.
the plastic bit has 2 leads to it connected and it just looks like thats the part on you locost floor!
can you remember anything of this?

All you need to do is put an sva crash pad in the centre of the wheel to comply.
