indy cycle wings

anyone got any pics of how they have mounted there cycle wing brackets to the fibre glass arches? ie through the side or bent around the contour they are the round arches as opposed to ones where tjey've got a flat to mount the brackets,kev

how far below?!

mine were niitially fitted by cutting the arch round the bar, its looks a bit bleak IMHO. Much better bent as required, but not easy with 6mm bars.

thanks for the help guys and cracking pic leigh! just checked the arches and they're not looking wide enough i've got 205 R888'S on and there's literally about 4mm either side of the tyre to the arch so i'll never manage to get the u-trim on for sva, looks like new ones on the cards.

get dax ones!

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

the standard mk ones fit much better if you take about 2/3 of the side flanges off. it makes them a lot more pleasing on the eye, and makes the u trim less vertical, so gives less bulk across the width of the tyre.

i rally wanted some wider ones instead of messing filing them down


not too much to do leigh got the cycle wings to do couple of connections for the plumbing lots of wire tidying! nose cone on couple of other bits and pieces and that should be about it!
