might be a bit of a stupid question but has anyone got some sort of template for an indy r1 for the cutout on the side panel for the manifold?

If you fancy a trip over you can make a template off mine. Oh, now that I'm a 'builder'

Kev,
I just wonder if all bends on the individual pipes are the same. I guess there not, so only use it as a guide, or make it twice as big

Kev, easiest way to do it, is to fit your headers and then measure the vertical distance from the top of your chassis rail to both the topside and underside of each header pipe. Then measure the front and rear edges from a datum point on your chassis rail. Plot these onto a piece of cardboard and create a symmetrical shape to clear the pipes. Cut the shape out and transfer the template onto your side panel (Having picked up the datum point from your chassis and transferred it to your side panel). Mark it and then cut it out but remember - measure twice, cut once.
