Does anyone have these seats fitted in their MK Indy?

Hi there, just wondering if anyone has these seats fitted to their MK Indy as thinking of possibly buying a pair to help with passing IVA so the harnesses pass through the slots correctly as per the manual as my current cobra replicas sit to high even without the runners on

So does anyone have a set of these and can confirm they sit ok?

Many thanks in advance as I can't wait to book my re-test!

I had a set made by MK that were near identical.

I did SVA, but the guy had just got his new tools for the IVA that was imminent at the time and put them to good use to try them out - passed the IVA requirement fine.

The only thing I found was the seats had a bit too much flex in them for my liking, but of chunk of packing foam between the seat and rear bulkhead sorted that out perfectly (need another chunk to stabilise the seats in my westy)

Cool thanks for that!

I phoned the company today to ask for the measurement from base (where your ass sits) up to the lower part of the harness slot, I was told 26-27" which when I measure in my Mk from Ali floor to the harness mount 26-27" seems very high compared with the standard MK harness mount

They should be fine, may need some edge trim around the cut outs. I'm using jk composite seats which are very similar in design.

Same seats in my locost so this may/may not help.

Passed IVA fine (August 2013) but WILL definitely require trim all around the edge of the seat and the harness holes. I'm also finding that, when mounted level, the seat does not have enough support for the base of my thighs so I will be removing the seat shortly and remounting with spacers on the front to tilt it back some more.
