radiator

has anyone used the mk2 micra radiator and fan with success in there build or do you need the mk 1 radiator

The Mk2 (K11) rad is much taller, I haven't heard of anyone using it. Most have used the K10 rad including me Rescued attachment Plumbing2.jpg

Yesterday i went out to find a micra radiator for my MK indy.
The first scrapyard on my route was our local scrapyard. I asked the man if he had a micra radiator and he had. In fact he just bolted it out of a micra and wanted 15 euro's for it. .
That was a very nice price for a radiator including the fan.

You're right it is a good price, but cheaper is better!!!

I bought 2 for a fiver! one for bashing about until I had got all the positioning right, and one for the final fit - I thing I might treat myself to a new shiney one once I am on the road
