Engine fitting\cradle

Fitted the engine this evening. Did everyone else find that the cradle is a very tight fit? I wanted to get M12 bolts through the cradle to chassis fixings but the holes didn't line up so I had to use M10's.

Just wondered whether others have had the same problems and whether you have opened the holes out or just used M10's.

Also, have others found the cradle fitting into the chassis and in turn onto the engine to be very tight?? Just seems to put quite a bit of stress on the cradle.

Rich.

I trial fitted my engine over the weekend and had to pull on the cradle to get it over the top engine mounts. Once the cradle was fitted to the engine I lifted it and slotted it into the chassis. I only put M10's in the cradle to chassis mounts because I plan to remove it soon but I too would struggle to just slot some M12's in.
