don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

would be more impressed if you were doing the build in your kitchen

Great progress can't wait to get started on mine, will this be a ongoing build thread?

Yeah, do a cleanup before you take those pictures would you? It will also enable you to find all those parts you just bought, instead of having to go buy new things that you already have, but forgot about, 2 years later. Of course you'll be done next Saturday...

Nice work! Keep it up!!!

Good progress but don't get too carried away, the bits you've fitted are large and quite straightforward. There'll be times when you work on it for weeks but it's appearance doesn't seem to change at all and you can easily lose enthusiasm. Take it steady and methodically (unless you're racing against time for whatever reason)

Just wait till you get to the fiddly bits. what I thought to be hour long jobs have dragged out to a full day!
To be fair i've never really done much car building wise, and it's been a good learning experiance

You couldn't pwn your way out of a wet paper bag, with "PWN ME!!" written on it, from the "pwned take-away" which originally contained one portion of chicken tikka pwnsala and the obligatory free pwnpadom.

"Good learning experience". That's SWMBO talking: "Yes, I know you've spent tens of thousands, but look what you've learned!"

Listen to this man he knows what he is talking about. The Trim details in this photo of my Indy front end took over ten hours to do! I am as enthusiastic as they come but I almost lost the will to live after polishing ali to a mirror finish for 2 hours solid.
