Hi matt
Hard to tell from the picture.
Are those rear reflectors raised on the edges ? mine failed on radius edge with contact of the sphere, i ended up moving them inbetween rear cluster
and back panel to avoid the sphere.
If they are raised edges it looks a bit tight to move them so maybe a bit of silicone round them would do the trick.

Really tidy job, looks the business. Two things that iu can't see from the photographs.
1. ther chassis rail that crosses the passenger and driver compartment about where your shins are needs padding incase of a collision.
2. the return edges of the scuttle inside need trimming.
Oh and if you've used tape on the ball joints it'll fail, replace with tie wraps with the sharp bit to the back.
And the tie rod extension needs covering, I used bike inner tube and tie wraps.
Good luck with the test.

The tape you can see is self amalgamating tape, not insulating tape, so it should be ok, as it cant be removed without cutting.

Well as fails go that sounds like a really good one. How long do you reckon to sort out the union problem and what exactly was the problem?

Hard luck but thats not a big list .
You've got to be happy they find a brake problem before it finds you and you end up in a ditch or worse.
