Rear wishbones

Hi, don't know if anyone has had the same problem as me, but on my indy if the back end is jacked up i can rock the rear wheels side to side as the front and rear edges of the wheel will move inwards and outwards as if the bearings have got play in them (but they haven't) i can see movement between the wishbone and hub carrier, if i tighten the bolt up so there is no movement the ride is so hard it hurts, with hte wishbone tighten right up i can disconnect the shock and lift the car on the wishbone, any ideas would be helpful.
Thanks

IRS?

Look if the 41mm screw in the middle of the wheel is tightened.

Yes it is assemblied it the correct manner, thats why i can't work out why it's happening, one idea is that the metal inserts are too short and it's pulling up totally on the poly bushes.
