Hydraulic clutch

Hi'
I would like to use a hydraulic system instead of a cable system for operating the clutch.
I have a Wilwood slave cylinder and the option of either a .625 or a .70 girling master cylinder.
Which m/s would be best to use and what distance from the pivot point would be the optimum place to connect the pushrod to the clutch pedal?

Thanks in advance
John.
