MK Indy sides and SVA

Could anyone tell me which radius is the problem on a Indy in the area of the side rails where you step in and out of the car, is it the fiberglass edge or the chassis rail edge ,or both.
Thanks.
Steve.

My Brothers Indy failed on the radius of the outer edge of the fiberglass just under the 2mm radius required strangely only on the near side,A quick run over it with a fine file and it passed!
As it was going to be trimmed later i didn't mater to much any way

It's both.

Perhaps it's best to cover them both using the radiused edging which most use.

We have some pictures on our website... build diary march 2004
