Again a big thanks to MK for organising the day, we just about managed to beat the weather, had a great time, and our Tom cannot stop telling me how much faster he was than me!. Anybody who is planning a track day in the future i would highly recommend Bruntingthorpe very well organised and plenty of run off area. I would also say that we got treat to a performance of mototorcycle wleelies at lunchtime by a guy , he was an abosolute God i have never seen skill like that before.

I would have loved to have gone, unfortunately at this time of the month I didn't have the reddies in the bank to pay for the petrol (mental note: - Stop spending too much on the Indy!).

Glad to hear everyone had a good day. There is just one thing missing though...

Where's the photo's?

PAUL FISHER - 30/3/08 at 10:16 PM

What a great day, although it could have been a bit warmer, and a bit less windy, and did I mention the rain,a realy good atmosphere though, nice meeting everyone, looking forward to the next one, which I am told will be a full day on track, although I could do with a bit more practice on the autotrail course if I am to beat the time set by the "Windmills" Tim & Tom and there boat anchor Zetec, although we did have Tony "mkblade" in his fireblade powered car who beat them to set the fastest time of the day, showing the BEC is the way to go
I have a bit of video footage I will try to load up later

Looks like you all had fun.
Unfortunatly could,nt make this one due to family commitments.

But if 26th April is for real I should like to be there.

Rob WM - 3/4/08 at 09:39 AM

Just to say that my first MK meet was very enjoyable. Thanks to Tony and his Blade powered Indy I got a chance to see what insane really means..

It also encouraged me to place an order so hope to see you all again soon Probably with a load of questions
