going to get my tracking done tomorrow as its still toe out from sva as i've been lazy to change it.

what do you think ? 1deg toe in ok ?

i would say 1 degree as a maximum, any more and they get a bit twitchy IMHO somewhere in the 0.5 to 1.0 toe in region should work ok and around the same in negative camber all round also is a good starting point.

Ride height set to 100mm front 120mm rear
0.4 - 0.75 degree toe in front
0.25 - 0.5 degree toe in rear
1 degree negative camber front
0.5 degree negative camber rear
18psi tyre pressures

those should do you for a start point.

Whilst I wouldn't disagree with most of these figures (our fronts are parallel), in my opinion tyre pressures of 18psi is too high (for a BEC - if yours is CEC then sounds ok). 14-16psi is more suitable for typical road driving, drag-days lower still.
