Hello.

I have come to the stage of fitting the bodywork on my Indy, in what order do you fit the panels and what problems did you came across...

And do you have some tips on buying te following and where to buy it.
I need lightning front and back...
Alu trim for the inside...
Some kind off speedohealer.
A conversion for kph to mph on the zx9r speedo and te little magnets to let the speedo work...

1. Scuttle, Offside Side Panel, (Install Engine and position exhaust) Nearside Side Panel, Bonnet, Nose Cone, Back Panel.
2. SVC
3. Woolies
4. Speedohealer themselves
5. DIY/driven from g'box.

i had to pack the rear of the side panels out a little so that the rear panel fits flush ,you could bond the side panels on but dont do it all the way the to rear just incase you have to do the same .
i offered up the nose cone first so it looked right and then the scuttle was just held in place and then rest the bonnet on top ,i trimmed my bonnet just a little so that the scuttle fitted where i wanted it to fit

Do you use rivnuts or something like sikaflex to put the bodywork on the chassis.If you use rivnuts, it would be possible to take the panels of incase you need to repair something....

I used silkaflex and screws as I didnt have the rivnuts etc just thread locked the screws and they never budged a bit

I also used two 12" rulers to pack out the rear panel
