Can anyone take a look at these sketches and confirm if they are correct

Looking down on the upper WB on the drivers side with the upright fixture pointing up..is this OK? Rescued attachment Drivers side upper WB.jpg

And the rear passenger side hub carrier.
I have a funny feeling this isnt OK as the caliper carrier is not playing ball.

Thanks

Top picture is definately correct.

Make sure you have the w/bones the correct way round too... the BJ should 'point' upwards when the w/bone is level.

As for the rear... wait for someone with a 'proper' MK!

James

James,

Yep, BJ is pointing up.
Thought i was gonna have to take them off when the centrelines didint match with the
bottom W/bones.

Cheers

Steven

The centre lines are not supposed to line up! That's where the caster angle comes from.

Hi there

Yes the drawings look correct, thought the rear MK carriers are handed. The inset should point to the rear to clear the calipers if using a disk set up.

There is a pic in my archive of the front.

Cheers

Ian

fronts as is on my car, rear carriers are different cos my hubs not angled back like that causing me to have to weld brackets on to hold the calipers. great.
