Looking good, The rad looks very similar to the Busa one I have used.

Hi can i ask what are the boxse for on the pedals it will make it hard to get to the cable if it brakes

The boxes are there to set the pedal movement, when a cable snaps also without these boxes you have to remove the pedals to fix the cable....I didn't want to drill the chassis or to make a pedaladjustingscrew from the back, thus this is a nice solution

Wy didn't you cut of the upper inlet of the rad? and tig welded etc.. that bend will take away much flow when you are stationairy...

i would take a piece of straig pipe and outer bush over it and just tig weldit nicely.. the outer bush is there to be able to absorp the heat of the tig machine..

(in case the material is realy thin..)

Tks

like your pedels, very tidy and simple

Because I have no welder, and I think the rad is made out off Alu, difficult to weld with not so much experience..

Also made a return spring for the trottle, which afterall wasn't nessesary, response from the pedal is good.

It's nice to have a good friend with a lathe and is willing to help..

Lot's off parts aren't from the shell and have to be handmade, didn't thought that, but makes building a car much more interesting..
