how do i get a photo beside my name??

Go into your photo archive (you know how to do that as there is already a picture in there!)

View the picture on the screen - right click on the picture and go into properties. Copy all of the text in the location row - ALL of it.

Go into your Control Panel/Options (top right hand text link)

Click on tab Edit Profile

Scroll down to Avatar URL

Paste the previously copied text into that box.

Save the settings and exit.

This should do it...

BTW if you want to use the one in your achive, edit the picture down to 150 pixels wide, other wise almost everyone will complain at you for hogging the screen!!!
