Well done mate - looks a v nice car.
Congratulations
A little puzzled by your third point? Fuse box too low???
Congrats, looking good.
What is it that you have used round the exhaust and air filter holes? Just sheet stainless cut and riveted on?
I'd never thought of using pipe lagging on the steering arms - very good idea
Well done on the pass too
Well done, congrats!
All the best
Ali
Very well done.
For the information of others however.
This must have been a lenient tester as most will not allow pipe lagging.
Aha i need to get my eyes fixed with regard to lagging

Errr... I think he means most testers will not allow pipe insulation type lagging as a covering for the track rod ends........
The pipe lagging was covered with heat shrink which is why it was allowed and the fuse box was below the height of the bottom of the dash.
Just waiting for the reg now.

Nice car. Well done for passing first time.
1st time! well done! what did you use on the shocks?
On the top of the shocks i used some foam tape and on the bottom part of the shock i used some universal steering giators that i got from my local
motor factor.
The plates that are around the air filter and exhaust are stainless steel which i had laser cut by a friend and i used dome headed allen bolts to fix
them.
