It's time to start fitting the panels.

I have been watching the previous threads on this topic and I am still a little unsure as how to proceed.

My question is,

Do you fit the nosecone and the scuttle on top of the side panels or do you trim the side panels away under these items?

Words of wisom would be greatly appreciated.
