Hi David,
If you want I could pop round and have a look at it if that's of any help.
I work until 4:30 out at Newtonabbey, so I could pop round on my way home Mon-Thurs.
Let me know if that's of any help.
Glad to hear they've finally pulled their finger out and got you sorted with an SVA.
All the best
Ali

I had a car pull up my drive a few days ago, ( another bl***y exhaust enquiry ).

One front wheel was heading for Colchester, the other was heading for Cambridge.
Oceans of camber, a footprint like a bicycle.

He said, " It self centres nicely "

It just didn't look safe.

Watch out for this one on the sierra handbrake, the handle needs covering at the back and you have to pull the handle/handgrip forwards to reduce the button.

I didnt really understand this and like many of the points i argued about this Rescued attachment MK Indy build pics 171.jpg

By the way the seats in the above pic were de-foamed in the base to achieve the correct harness upper anchorage height,i am still not convinced they got it right but ho hum.

This is the dash and steering cover as well as the under dash radius cover. Rescued attachment MK Indy build pics 167.jpg

Bob (and David too!)
I was failed at Newtownards (Northern Ireland) by a tester (now thankfully moved onto a desk job since there were so many complaints about him!) for not covering the tab on the track rod end (I've stuck a white arrow onto your pic Bob so you can see).
I had to cover it up.
Funny enough it fell off soon afterwards.
Cheers
Ali

He also failed me because I could not remove the covering over the track extension locking nut so he could check it was tight - I'd used sikaflex to hold the cover on.

If I ever see him in the road, I ain't braking.....
