After becoming paralysed in 2006 at the age of 24, in 2008 I decided to build a kit car with my dad, I ordered my mk Indy r frame from mk , I had a
k5 gsxr 1000 with very low mileage. In 2010 and 17k later the mk passed its Iva and was registered on a 10plate . My achievement had been made. It
was magazine featured in 2012.
After 2 trips to the ring , oulton park, Caldwell and blyton park and only covering 4360 miles I sold it last weekend.
The guy who bought will defo look after it and care for it like I wanted .
It will be sadly missed but am ready for the next project ,!!!!!!!!!!

She'll be looked after in the manner to which she Is accustomed Nick! :-)
Whats next then ????
Great looking car too.
wow, that's great work!
I bet it was sad to see it go, but hopefully you've got something even better lined up?
Mk Indy rr, 1340 hayabusa my aim is sub 500kg with a full cage, picked some 13" cxr's up on the way home and already got 3.38 diff , brand
new reg again,
Full throttle up shift on electric shifter on a bracket on the left hand, right hand a twist throttle with a clutch lever and push the bar to
brake.
Just need to get cracking
Sounds like a weapon . Good luck with it and don't forget the pics of the build.
Shame to hear it's gone but I'm sure the new one will be better... The old one was/is very nicely built and rapid though so it'll be a hard act to follow.
Fantastic looking car!!
Great looking car Nick
Have you widened the chassis to fit those seats?
No standard chasis , the seats are corbeau le pro , same as what they use in the lotus exige but just with normal trim , fitted perfect, had to make up the mounts for them.
