Hellfire, zetec Ammo are going from rotherham, I would have been going but have been given my orders for the day Daughters 21st gutted

will you be there austin man in that monster mk? bloody luv that car pal.... ill try get down have a look at it.. only half an hour away....

wish it was mine, its Danny Keenans race car I took some pictures for him . I think the colour and graphics really set it apart

Danny had tested it and hopefully sorted any niggles out, all being well it will and he will perform well on the day

the wheels are compromotive CXR's 13x7 on the front and 13x 8.5 0n the rear.

This will be my first Oulton marshalling event of the season. Just hope the weather holds off. Great circuit to attend should be some good action.

ill be coming down to watch my first race event and possibly meet some of you lads on here ........ looking forward to it....

the race is full grid with 32 cars.and 5 mk's

theres also a spire with a tunned hayabusa so will have to see what i do against that

What was the race result, how did the Mk do

Race1 I think Danny came 2nd in class 3rd overall, and he had a problem in Race2 which meant a DNF. But when people went back to see what the problem was, I actually left for the day to help out with the spring clean

It was good to see the MK guys all in the same corner of the paddock and all helping out with a few issues that people were having...

The car seemed to g really well too!

in race 1 i came 2nd in class and 3rd overall.in race two i was doing good in 3rd again but had to slow down due to lack of fuel.
i went in the pits to see how much was left in the tank.came back out and finshed 11th overall.

the car was much better than last years car.
im pleased with the improvements we have made this shows in our lap times i was 2 seconds faster than last year.
the only thing i need to do is fit a bigger fuel tank and up the gear ratio from a 3.38 to a 3.14 because i was on the rev limiter


my best lap was a 1m.29sec on the island curcuit.

Congratulations Danny, 2 seconds on last years times is a great improvement. Got any video footage....
