loose wires in the last pic.
Edited - you've added a picture as i wrote that. Loose wires in the one inside the car showing the steering wheel.

rear reflectors missing and 2nd method fixing for the mushroom, although not all sva centres are consistant with this, Beverley was though.
Looks good though mate.
Cheers
Rich
Looks good! only thing, can't see any rear reflectors there.
those wires are the optimate charger and the reflectors are in the post, nottingham dont seem bothered by the mushroom fixing when i rang............thanks keep em coming
Is that a vin plate just to the left of the air box? Do you have a welded or permanently stamped chassis somewhere else?
Apart from making sure all your mirrors and lights have the correct markings and your tyre speed ratings are above what you put down as the max speed
of your motor I can't see anything else.
Good luck fella.
Rich
can i stamp in the ally floor or does it have to be the chassis, maybe the diff carrier , nice and thick
[Edited on 29/12/08 by afj]
Think I read somewhere if your floor is just rivited then its not deemed part of the chassis but if its bonded and rivited then it is, but check first
as this could be different from center to centre, is there nowhere a plate could be stamped and welded on?? If you are going to stamp it goes without
saying to make sure its packed and supported from behind whilst twating the stamp!!
Cheers
Rich
We stamped ours on one of the flat steel cross members that go under the drivers seat in addition to an ally plate riveted as you have done.
You should be OK at Nottingham, helpful guys. Enjoy the day.
Good luck.
Simon
Sharp edge on top shocker mount, cannot see if its behind nose cone in pic.
The front indicators look close to the tyres. Can you get full lock without the tyres rubbing?
Might just be the angle or the fact its so early
i will sort the top shock mount thanks, the indicators miss the tyres by about 60mm on full lock

Top Picture rubber covering top ball joint threads appears to be catching actual ball joint cover I wouldn't be happy as it could cut through
(and any split cover is a mot fail point so I guess an sva fail point as well

Sorry what do you mean by this? the top ball joint? or track arm ball joint? are you referring to a locking nut? just trying to gather as much info for my own SVA benefit
Hi There have you drilled and pinned or bolted tophats in your front suspension, also have you drilled and pinned brake bias bar (if you have bias brakes) also is there a plastic cap on starter motor live terminal ??????????????????????????????
Need more pics of engine bay ie brake joints and lines.
