Angle in, at, under trunk

Hi,

Been this weekend trying to get a good looking back-end.

Here's how it stands:

Upper-rail off trunk under 6 degr down-wards
Rear off the trunk 12 degr.

I don't think i'm getting a big trunk
As the measure from middle roll-bar back op car is only 400mm.

So what's yours?

Hi Theo,

don't know how to work out the angles properly, but you should be able to work out angle A using measurements 345 & 470.

there is no angle at position B that you thought there was.

there is an angle of the bottom of the rear panel - once again you can work this out by using the height of the rear panel from the floor and the height of the car off the floor itself.

the 345 & 470 measurements are BOTH taken from the centreline of the rear wheel so this should make a good start point for you...

All the best and please don't hesitate to get in touch if there is anything else you need measuring!

regards,
Steve

Thnx,

Can't wait for the weekend!
Saturday i'm going to try to finish the back!

BTW the upper rail is at the original seven under a slight corner. I'm aiming for 6 degr. This will make the rear look smaller from behind.

Grtz
