My new V8 engine mounts

Evening Gents,

The fruits of today's labours.

I realise they're probaby massively over engineered but I'm a simple chef and was working on the better safe than sorry theory!

They look well up to the mark, better safe than sorry.

Keep a record od the dims in case someone else might be doing the same thing as yourself, I presume its a Rover V8

Nice and sound - just like the Forth Bridge

My engine mounts are made from 1.5" dia 16swg tube

Nice sturdy looking mounts, shouldn't have any problem with them cracking!

If you haven't done so you might want to drill a drain hole in the bottom plate so the box section doesn't fill up with water.
