Front Bulkheads

Is anyone aware as to whether using aluminium or even GRP for the front bulkheads would be acceptable. I'd be using a floor mounted pedal box fastened to the chassis so they would not be load bearing.

I have an MK GRP bulkhead, but I'd recomend using ali as it gives a neater finish.
