Chassis painted
At long last, it seems to have taken forever to get to this stage, but I finally got it painted yesterday 
Now who is going to tell me what bits I forgot to do b4 painting

looks very well made. Im sure you will find something you forgot (unless you have already had it fully assembled!) but at least its only paint, not
powdercoat.

Usually radiator and brake pipe brackets from what I find

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Thanks Joel, I've already had it fully assembled (or as close as I could get) and as you say I can easily touch-up/re-paint anything (cross bar
for top seat belt mounts being one, but no seats yet to get the height or spacings  ) if required.

Yep, not forgotten Pete, but I'm going to make a set of brackets that clamp to the front V brace to mount the rad rather than have fixed

PS
Instead of brake pipe brackets at the front I was going to use the side panels is that acceptable for SVA?

Was hoping to get mine painted this weekend but beer and sunshine got the better of me chilled now though, maybe tomorrow
Hope mine looks as good as yours, looks well nice.

Yeh, I'm sure it would, but remember it will only stick as good as what it is stuck to (if that makes any sense )
Although it is also easy to repaint/touch up as required so maybe no great concern?

I use Aldi King colour paint a lot but I've never tried spraying it, what would you thin it with? I always brush it and find that one coat to
prime and second to finish is enough to give good protection and it doesn't take too long to dry. Good grief I sound like an advert

It thins (and sprays) fine with celulose thinners
