Seat Belt Lower Reinforcements

Had a look at Rons book about the seatbelt reinforcements, the inner ones seem too far forward, the belt would be almost level with your waist when in position.

Has anyone got any images of their mounts that have passed (or will pas the SVA)?

This shot is of what I intend to use if no one has any better ideas. The offset on the right hand tranny tunnel is to accomodate my Capri axle. its pinion is set much more to the right than an essy one.

There is noting stopping you rotating it round 90 ish degrees clockwise (when viewed from above) so the back of the bolt is pointing towards the axle.

I guess it depends on the belt. For example a 3 point belt tends to be by your side, whereas harnesses tend to be behind you . .
