Ali folding - I need someone to make me a panel

Hi All

I need an aluminium 'tray' making. It's to sit below the seat of a bike I'm rebuilding (1970s Moto Guzzi) to take the electrics (Motogadget M-Unit, a couple of relays and possibly the ignition amplifiers).

I was tempted to have a go myself but I know it won't turn out the way I want it!

Rough sketch -

The complicated bit looks like the slope at the rear (I haven't measured the angle yet but it's close to 45).

Ideally, the joints at the corners would be welded / sealed to keep the tray dry (ish). The top will be covered by the seat.

Here's the bike place it needs to go - anybody interested in making this for me?

try Terry O'Hara in TyCroes Wyn. He has a folder and specializes in alloy welding.

Does cash jobs too!

Cheers Rich

I've heard his name mentioned before - will give him a try! I'd ask Endaf but I know he's flat out busy!

Are you going to the club meeting tonight? I'll bring your wishbone!

Terry himself has semi retired so you'll probably deal with Clive - tell him Richard Gower View Foods sent you as he does a lot of stuff for me at work

Yes - see you there
