Hi tonto!
As Steve suggested we have made our own blade adjustable ARB for our Phoenix. The blades are Titanium. The centre portion is cut from a caterham 16mm
bar. We made the sockets for the ends and welded them on.
The blades were 7mm thick which we have found to be too strong so today I machined them down to 5mm thickness.
The pics were taken ages ago and don't show the mounting brackets. They are simple split ally jobbies with nylon bushes.
The set up could easily be made in steel.
ARB's are usually made from EN45 IIRC. See your local steel stockist.
Mild steel won't do.
We have made both ends adjustable but many commercially available ARB kits only have a blade at one end.
Geoff & Eldon.

Sorry I do not know how to do links but you can get blades here - I like this guy - bought some steering column splines from him that were excellent
quality and very reasonable

As it happens I have 2 blade adjustable bars from a touring car - but quite light - they are mounted on good quality bearings and the bars can be
changed. I would sell you one or both if you are interested.
