After about 15 hours work my Locost is begining to look like a car
You may notice a few differences from the book, predominately the 22mm steal. In order to gain additional rigidity a number of braces are to be added,
most the same as the Ozzy mods plus a few others.

My target is to be on the road in time for the summer so watch this space!!

Good feeling init
Im aiming for a year next summer (18 months)
Interest is high at the min so who knows
Here's the proud man himself! (Changed due to him being tougher than me (although
shorter ) And again because he is picky!)
I'll post a pic of these 'additional braces' shortly once I've finished making them as my bros too lazy to draw them!

That John Deere looks way too clean!!
Cheers
Are those Reebok classics steel toe?
Your right it, it is too clean, thats because its brand new, only arrived the other day!
As the chassis is still in the early stages and subject to a few design changes, what are the thoughts on creating the battery area at the end of the
passenger foot well? panelled in of course.
This would lower the considerable weight of a heavy component below the axle line at no cost to passenger comfort (unless they have freekishly long
legs).
Many thanks
Paul
Sounds like a good idea to me, got more room behind the scuttle then too.

Me too!
Cheers,
James
