Vorn you should check out Jim Mc Sorley's site where you can down load the drawings for your chassis as a pdf file beter than the book any way

Don't bother with the book! You can get all the info you will need right here on the site!

I have used Jim Mc Sorley's plans so far, now its all the other bits like skuttle size and front arm positions and other bits I have not go to yet, just thought the book would save me from asking too many stupid questions !

Year I'd agree the book is pretty basic but it is a good start. A book I would reccomend can be purchased from the Sports Car Club of N Z www.sccnz.co.nz It is called "The Art of the Special" and will answer a lot of questions for you. There is a small community of Kiwis building and we can be found at Locost nz/messages on Yahoo.

Gudday Mate...

Capital Books in Wellington usually carry a few copies of "The Book". Cost is NZD$89.95, not sure what they charge for p&p though. Their phone number is (04)473-9358.
I'd also recommend the Mc Sworleys plans.

Happy building...
