ok guys , pic of the rear of my chassis , the rear panel ive got doesnt fit , (dont worry ill make it fit) , should i change it to the book type , since it doesnt serve any purpose like this .

I think I wouldn't bother mate to be honest - just make a panel to fit. It'll still look good enough.

Cut the two corner stays out and move the two braces to the suspension top as they look to be in the way of the bracket, round the corners off top and bottom with 1" strip.
