Anybody got a set of Haynes spec wishbone jigs they would sell / loan / rent?
The book jigs are naff you are better off making your own from 25x25 box section and clamping the bush tubes in place using 20x20 and G clamps, it
also means every things stays clamped in place even when you turn it over. One jig will make all the wishbones by adding an extra bar.

I made my jigs out of bit of MDF then screw blocks of wood to hold the tubes tight, run a bit of studding through where the bushes will go to ensure
alignment at this end.
Just tack weld then remove and seam weld.
If your chassis already has brackets on it then use the frame as a jig, if you still have to weld on the brackets then use the bones as a jig.
