I have just purchased this and took the photos to 'Stoneleigh' but was still not quite sure what model this is. Most votes seam to go for a
lolocost, any idea of the date, thanks from a new starter. (Running gear is Sierra front hubs on double wishbones and independent Sierra rear, again
on double wishbones).

No...
Although was nice to meet you at the show Paul, I'm sure those in the know will be along shortly, I'm just thawing out right now!
Take care
Rich
Oh and welcome to the madhouse. You may want to do a "Hello" post
doesnt look like anything i've seen before. is the chassis made up entirely from round tube? hard to tell from the photo. (or my crap laptop?)
Same here, but I quite like the design..
at least there is some protection behind the driver. with the extra bent tube and diagonal brace across the rear
I think you are right with the Lolocost IRS I will try to scan a brochure for you 2001/2? Try posting on the Robin Hood, Rhocar site someone may be able to help, there weren't many made.
I took the photo to their area at Stoneleigh and they thought it had only had a short life but was probably a lolocost, possibly built by a guy called
Richard ?? ( forgotton his surname)

Definitely Lolocost Locost chassis.

And the wishbones are in single shear. So better put there also some extra.
Thanks to everyone who replied and to Dingz for the chassis diagram. I think I now know its a lolocost, my chassis was galvanised when bought and has a few more cross braces at the rear. Great Forum thanks again.
