posting an image?
Hi all,
it's been so long since i posted an image on here i've forgotten how to do it!
I have images in my computer files that i have also copied onto photobucket, what's the easiest way to get them on here?
If you could explain it in a step-by-step way that would be great because i'm crapat this sort of thing.
Cheers.

2 ways.
Go to photobucket a copy and paste the URL of the image you want to use. (i think photobucket even has a pre written 'tag' that should
look a little like this: htt p:// my image.jpg[/ img] (without the spaces)
Then paste that tag in to your post.
When doing the above you MUST check the size of the image as if its HUGE it will be hard to see clearly due to disapperaing of the side of everyones
page! about 600-900 pixels wide is perfect.
Alternatively upload them to your photo archive here : http://locostbuilders.co.uk/photos.php this way the image can be inserted as a thumbnail by
copying and pasting the [pg ] code on the left of the uploaded image.

This is just an odd one from your photo archive, just to show what comes from using the [pg] in your posts. HTH Ray

To make a car go faster, just add lightness. Colin Chapman - OR - fit a bigger engine. Chippy

It's a one-off scratch built project a very clever friend of mine created a few years ago. Its powered by a 1.4 renualt 5 engine and it goes
like stink! Its a beautiful little thing and always draws a crowd at the shows.
I love it. cheers . scotty.
